New York in Prague (UNYP) as General Manager. With a background spanning sales, finance, and military service, he brings a broad operational perspective to one of Central Europe's most distinctive private universities.

"Watching students grow, struggle, succeed, and eventually graduate is deeply meaningful to me."

UNYP's identity is built on a 35-year partnership with the State University of New York, offering fully accredited American degrees from the heart of Europe. Foutsis's mission is clear: make UNYP the most preferred private university in Central Europe by 2030, by keeping students at the center of every decision — from academic quality to practical support like housing. The university recently opened a representative office in Almaty, Kazakhstan, signaling its growing regional ambitions.

Outside the office, Foutsis is a devoted father of three, a lifelong basketball fan, and an unwavering Olympiakos supporter. Free time, he admits, is a relative concept.
